Just Wanted To Share A Few Policies

To all past, present and future guests of Grove & Baker, we have come up with a few very simple policies that we believe will aid in creating a consistent, enjoyable experience for each guests visit, time and time again. Policies may be updated where found needed. We thank you for your understanding and participation.

Mobile Phones & Devices:

In this day and age who leaves home without one? Our mobile devices keep us connected to this fast paced planet that we all get to share. While visiting Grove & Baker you may find yourself also sharing a common space with other guests. Grove & Baker is designed to introduce peace and calm (by way of atmosphere) into the lives of our guests, so we kindly request that all guests use proper mobile device etiquette while visiting Grove & Baker. Please silence all devices (vibrate is ok).

Young-Ones & Babies:

They are the light of your life and apple in your eyes, but to complete strangers children and babies can be a distraction to the calm (described earlier) in which we wish for every guest the opportunity to enjoy. We ask that children under the age of 14 remain accompanied by an adult (+18yr) for the duration of the "parent" being serviced. If your child can not be accompanied they will be required to join a fun filled sit-in of your treatment, hot wax and all. Grove & Baker will not be held liable for any instances involving non-servicing guests.

Running Late, Cancelations & No-Shows:

Things happen to us sometimes that are just not in our control, unfortunately running behind on scheduled appointments can create chain reactions. One guest arriving 15 minutes late can affect the servicing technician's schedule along with their remaining appointments for an entire day. We ask that you please be respectful of your technician and fellow guest's time. Skincare services will end on time, so please make the most of your visit by arriving on time. Please give at least a 24hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows may result in future refusal of service.

Returns & Gift Cards:

All skin was not created equally and for that reason alone we have various creams for this and scrubs for that. Our technicians will do their best to recommend the proper product solutions for your needs. If within 14 days of purchase you are not pleased with your product you can return or exchange it for the full purchase amount. Gift-cards can not be returned and hold no cash value. Balances of $10.00 or less may be refunded to the registered gift card owner if requested.
